Kalyan Developers is a new venture by Kalyan Jewellers, one of the leading Jewellers in South India, with 48 showrooms and a turnover of above Rs. 10,000 crore rupees.
Over the years, Kalyan has become synonymous with the word Trust due to its business ethics and the transparency it brought about in the Jewellery industry. Now Kalyan wishes to do the same in the real estate industry which is marred by delays, disappointment and distrust.
The first residential project is coming up at Thrissur, from where Kalyan had started off its journey, a 100 years ago. Kalyan Developers plans to launch projects in other cities such as Calicut, Trivandrum, Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai and Bangalore in the near future.
